In order to purchase from myntra app i had to put minimum balance in the airtel app as per my purchase. The app shows an option related to transferring the money back to the account. However while selecting transfer to bank it shows the service is not available. This message o[censored]navailability of transferring back to account should be displayed beforehand itself.
Further none of the customer care number given on site or on app works. The required information is not available as an option in the call. The employees are negligent enough to not reciprocate to the call as i kept calling on few mobile numbers.
Few of the numbers dialed were 121, 400,[protected], [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc.
This problem is suffered by many people still not resolved.
I. E. Undue and non-informed callous nature of airtel with their app and uninterested customer care services and employees.
Transferred on 03 may 2019 to airtel wallet for purchase to be done.
Wasted my 3 hours for calling each and every number and did not receive any fruitful result.
As a solution the amount paid by me (Rs 1500) to the wallet should be refunded back and no such incident should occur in the future.
Either app should be updated or the features unavailable should be informed prior itself so that this incident does not repeat itself in future.
