[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel payments bank | |||||
My name is shruti bhattacharya i recharged my airtel money account about 10 days ago with 8000 INR and for some reason my mpin didnt work. I try resetting it everyday and the window gets blocked for 24 hours on first transaction. I am not able to use that money now i want it all back. This airtel (worlds first open network) are fooling people by blocking their money. Just because i couldnt pay my electricity bill and recharge my dth with this money i had to use all the money left in my account to pay these off. I am left with no money now these arses dont even have a human based help line to help their customers. Just call 400 which will only tell u to reset it online when u already know it. If your portal actually helps the customers pkease resolve this for me asap. I need ur help and will never use airtel in my life. - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
