[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel payments bank - forgot mpin and details

Hi - I forgot Mpin for airtel payments bank. That was created 4-5 years back when i was using a normal phone - probably i gave some random name. I'm unable to remember the details that i had provided at that time(like Name). When i tried to retrieve the mpin by calling your customer care, they are asking for these details - which i forgot and its impossible to get those details. Could you please help me to retrieve back the mpin. I'm ready to submit the proofs also if needed.

my airtel payment bank number is [protected] i have forgot my registration name and mpin or payment bank not registered by me please help how reset my mpin

A my father using the Sim but my dad not great the mpin so please respond your costumer and dial 400 and airtal help very body not responding mpin registration I not know first name, last name and date of birth you will airtal payment bank not working my father amount I not used in this time
