Airtel — Airtel people harassing mentally | |||
I have been using Airtel 3G prepaid dongle since 2011. The service was good. This Year I have been facing multiple issues with recharge. 1. The Airtel 3G Online recharge for prepaid is not working anymore. 2. I went to Relationship center, they ask me to recharge from Reseller. The Reseller recharge it but still its not working. I went multiple times to Relationship center to get help, even went to different locations as well, but the people there are rude. They told they cannot help. 3. All I want to know is the balance in my 3G dongle and why it is not working after recharge. 4. I call up the call center ([protected]) many times (more than 100 times) I never got connected to dongle dept. they keep transferring my call from one dept to another. THEY MENTALLY HARASSED ME. I AM NOT ABLE TO CONCENTRATE ON MY WORK ANYMORE. SPEND HOURS JUST TRYING TO GET HELP AS AM USING AIRTEL BRAND. BIG MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Was this information helpful? | |||
