I m basvaraj having very bad airtel network problem, my set, sim and net package all are 4g. Registered, wrote mails to customer care but no response or not provided any solutions, the representative of customer care behavior is also not good when i called. Please take immediate action, matter is is urgent and serious.

My Airtel number [protected] is not receiving incoming calls for more than a month. Would have complained n number of times but Airtel is least bothered. Pathetic service. Now I am porting my number to some other network.

Since last one week or so I am trying to make payment on line for the BB connection but your website not accepting the payment. Please note that I do not have any cash or cheque to make payment. I have only one line pay possibility. Please help me as to what to do.
