I am facing network issue with my airtel postpaid connection from last two weeks. I had raised complain with airtel cust care on same.
But sadly network issue is still not resolved. Airtel cust care also refused to deliver replacement sim. I don't understand what kind of attitude is this? What is the use of any mobile network if it's network is almost always says "no network", what am i paying for? What's the use of airtel number if i am not even able to make call to 121???
Is airtel going aircel way? I think airtel silently wants it's customer to start moving to other service provider because with this service (No service) to customer i don't think any customer can stay with airtel. Was this information helpful? |
