Airtel — Airtel Postpaid- Activation of Duplicate Sim Card | |||
I lost my phone with sim card on 19/6/2015. My mobile number is [protected]. I went to Bharti Airtel(Main Branch) and made complain about this. Unfortunately I don't remember the customer care person name. He advised me to get the duplicate sim card for the same number. I purchased it, also filled the form and submitted my ID proof. they told me that it will be activated in a day. Today is 22/06/2015 and the sim is still not activated. I made call to customer care many times they told me to speak the person with whom I made this complain. The main branch is very far from my home and I am unable to go because I have office to go. I want to know when it will be activated? Please reply me back about this ASAP Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
