Airtel — airtel postpaid corporate plan bill generation

My bill for a month is not generated. I called up 198 so many times but all they do is keep me on hold and assure that it will be generated in next 48-72 hours. Since my plan has fixed Minutes, they have been adding my extra minutes beyond my billing cycle to the previous cycle only. the supervisors also seem unresponsive. Even after putting my call on hold for a long time, my problem is not addressed by the professionals.

I lost my phone and sim so I want my sim to be blocked immediately please.
Yesterday i have purchased a new sim with rs 449 . But the network is very poor and sim shows 2g and 3g net maximum time. Reqst take nessary action to solve my problem.
