[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel postpaid fraudulent | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I am using Airtel connection since last 6 years and I am happy with your service .but in January 2016 I decided to portable my number into prepaid to postpaid so I searched the Airtel executive number on internet and found the number of Mr. Kamlesh([protected]) in Delhi circle.He told me that you have to pay 200 for prepaid to postpaid portability and additional 200 for advanced monthly rental as I have chosen the plan of 199.But the issue is that he told me he will recharge with 200 on my Airtel no [protected] but since last 2 months I called and messaged him a number of time but he is not responding. Please take action against him as he is playing with the company goodwill.I have all the proof as CCTV footage;call records and watsap messages.
