[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Postpaid - Incoming calls are not getting through | |
Hi, I have been having issues with the incoming calls for my number since the past few weeks. I also raised a complaint with ref no : SR77403853 . However no one is trying to contact me or resolve the issue. Someone also closed my ticket without even working on it. I don't understand how can anyone do that, close my ticket without confirming. So now I am posting here the details of the problem: I am not able to receive any incoming call in any location. My data, sms and outgoing calls are working fine. Only incoming calls are not getting connected.I tried calling from other network also .But none of the calls are going through.Also the handset is working fine. I confirmed this by inserting a diff sim in my handset and the incoming calls are coming in that case. Today on the advise of your customer care executive I also got a new sim. However, the issue still persists. I AM NOT GETTING ANY INCOMING CALLS! Please look into this matter ASAP. Since I would not be able to receive any calls you can contact me in my email id.
