[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Postpaid MNP | |||
Hi, I had requested for Airtel to Airtel MNP for my postpaid number from Mumbai to Delhi circle on 5th June.Even though my Mumbai sim got disconnected on 14th June, my new sim(Delhi) has since then not been activated.It is almost a month now.No resolution has been provided so far.Few customer care people who have called have only given false information and commitment without telling the real issue.This mobile number is my primary official number and without this I am facing serious difficulties.No one from Airtel seems bothered about resolving my issue! The number [protected] keeps calling 100-120 times a day and speaks nothing.

I followed the procedure to swap by sending sms to 121 yesterday around 4, it has not been activated yet. It's been almost 15 hours.
Please help
