Was using 999 plan till last month. Suddenly received an sms stating my current plan (without plan amount) Netflix subscription is free to claim. When I activated the Netflix got the sms that my new plan as per my request is 1199+tax.
When called customer care they informed me that 999 previous plan is no longer available and I won’t be able to switch to old plan. And also they mentioned that this information has been sent on sms thrice before 11th July 2022. Which is false as I never received such sms.
This is clear action of cheating customers by giving misleading information.
