[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel prepaid $549 with 42 gb data offer did not give me full data balance | |||||
I am writing this in regards to the airtel prepaid plan that was offered to me: 42gb 4g/3g data + unlimited local + std for 28 days @ rs. 549, offer valid till 31st march. Before recharging i confirmed it twice by calling 121 and then sending a tweet to the official airtel twitter account (@airtel_presence). Screenshots attached. Both, the 121 service and the official airtel twitter account confirmed me that this offer is valid and asked me confirm it the third time on https://www.airtel.in/prepaid-recharge. the airtel link also showed me the offer is available on my number. I recharged my prepaid airtel number [protected] with the above plan today (15th march 2017) and did not receive the full data balance of 42gb, instead got only 3gb of data. I have had the same issue and this is very disappointing. Airtel is really getting worse.

I faced the same issue with Airtel. I recharged for 549 rp with unlimited call offer and 42gb for 28 days -1.5 GB/day on 17th April. Till today the data pack mentioned is not reflected. Only 3gb was credited. When raised the concern with Airtel, they say it is applicable for my number. Then why did this offer appear in my Airtel app???!! They have nothing to say about this and keep repeating the same dialogue. Very disappointing.. the existing customers are losing the trust with Airtel. No spl offers are given to the existing customers unlike given to the new customers. Now, situation is like even the offers which provided are also revoked!! Aweful experience!!
