Hi team,
I have been contacting the customer care for the past two months regrding the same issue. My number is not provided with adequate offers as all the other fellow airtel mobile users i kow.in fact i have been doing a continuous recharge of huge amounts to my number and i have not been provided with offers.
I have been paying a monthly pack rs.349 for 28 days and all my fellow friends who use the same airtel, some of them have even purchased the number after i did, have got the recharge of r.399 (28days+28days+28days), while i have been asked to pay an over charged offer every month.
When asked to customer care agents, for the past two months i am getting the same reply as nothing can be done on this matter.
You need not have a customer service, if nothing can be done for a complaint.
Why is this discrimination just for my number. I guess other service providers are providing better offers than i have been provided in airtel. This is totally disappointing
The customer service professionals even said that i wont be able to cancel my number for this complaint and all. How will overcharging only one customer not be treated as a complaint. Fyi (I spoke to the l1 and l2 representatives today and both said the same reply)
I have totally lost my hope in airtel and i am planning to raise a consumer complaint in the forum with proofs how i have been over charged for the same service that has been provided for other airtel users for a lesser price and questioning the existence of customer who said they cant help me in this matter.
And then i will go ahead and cancel this number.
You will lose a lot of customers if you provide such bad offers.
