Airtel — Airtel prepaid mobile network not available after porting | |||
I have placed a request to port my VI number to airtel on 16 jul 21. The airtel agent told me that it will take 3 working days to complete the porting action. I lost network from my previous operator on 22 Jul and the activation code also received on my secondary number. Its been 3 days since i lost the network from my previous operator but no network available on my new airtel SIM. Unable to address the issue to airtel customer support as there is no option to communicate the issue to a service executive through the available IVR support setup. Even mail address is not available. Very pathetic experience. Airtel please look into this matter and get the issue resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
