I am working for Cognizant Technology Solutions Chennai. My office in DLF, Porur. While at office, mobile is not getting proper signal, Not able to sync-up my company mail, not able to make call, sometime I could here the other end but mine not audible at other end, Signal very poor ..
You are Cognizant preferred vendor and have a huge CUG base. I complained 3 times about this and no remedy was given to us. In DLF more than 1 lakh folks working and so many might have airtel connections.
So have to install a booster to solve this. Otherwise phone is working fine at home, on the way and other offices.
Please fix this
