[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel prepaid number haryana, not calling any jio numbers

My airtel prepaid number is [protected] (Haryana) yamunanagar,
I am unable to call any jio number, when i am trying to call any jio number it is automatic disconnect. This problem is from the staring when i was buy airtel sim, when i call customer care on 198 and 121 there is no option to talk with any care executive,, please solve my problem as soon as possible,
