Airtel — airtel prepaid offer

I recharged my number-[protected] with rs244 as it was showing in the offer box that they will provide me 1gb 4g data for 70days but they only provided 1gb data which is highly disappointing. I talked to the customer care to senior staff and the behaviour and the way of talking was even horrible. He was shouting and talking in the high tone which is not acceptable.
This was acceptable with such a big telecom company like airtel. I will definately take action against it if my problem is not resolved.
