I am vijaya varshan K .I am using Airtel prepaid sim . My mobile no is--[protected] . I have recharged my no for Rs.1029 .00/- on 11th Sep, 2024 through Airtelmobile App . However OTP dialog box was displayed in the Airtel mobile APP. The purpose of the OTP was concealed behind the OTP dialog box . It made me to understand that OTP was the procedure to complete the Prepaid recharge . After Submitting the OTP I was to see that My Prepaid sim is been changed to POST PAID SIM .
I have contacted the airtel customer care and seeked their support to change the postpaid plan to Prepaid plan along with my recharge amount
Rs.1029 .00/- .MYairtel complaint no --SR[protected] . The Airtel customer care person assured that the SIM shall be changed to PREPAID within 48 hours, but the information about the recharged amount was not provided to me . Now the Airtel team is refusing to refund my recharged amount to my account .
I request to provide justice in this regard by refund my recharge amount 1029.00/- immidiately .
I have enclosed my Rechagre paid receipt for your reference .
