Now I, senior citizen of Airtel mobile prepaid customer of your esteemed Airtel co. Previously, I was post paid customer and converted as prepaid customer on 9th July'18.I have deposited money for Rs220/& Rs400/ for 82 days plan which will expire on 29/09/2018. at Airtel showroom, Coimbatore, In mean while i frequently use to get Airtel SMS for new offers, plans etc without any clear cut instructions.As per Your SMS message, I want to pay advance money for extension of the plan without my stoppage of my plan and avoiding delay at the time of extension/ renewal.On the basis of that, like other mobile operators Jio, etc., I have paid the money for E recharge from my Airtel bank money for Rs399/ vide TXN. No.[protected] Dt.22/07/18 for advance extension of plan from 29/09/18. But I have not extended the plan from 29/09/18, instead on the payment day
it is again restarted .So, in the same month, I have paid twice the hard-earned pension money. But customer care no
one knows and no responsee it .They are not able to say the money neither for extension nor it won't credit to
my balance account like other companies as follows. They said that money won't come or credit your balance account and it is Airtel taken away. Hence I request you to credit for my balance account or recredit to my Airtel bank a/c. If you have no power to get it, please advice that whether I can seek the help from TRAI, your customer care feed back ref no.[protected]. Atleast here after you change this type of advance money payment for extension. Every thing you copied and bring the plans
& coupons system etc from Jio, why you have not brought this extension as they are safely keeping the customers money in credit account?. Please do the needful. Thanks sir. Was this information helpful? |
