Airtel — airtel prepaid sim connection issue | |||||
Hi Team, I have been an airtel customer for many years now and i have just migrated my number from postpaid to prepaid for an important reason.But for nearly 3 weeks i have not been able to make any outgoing calls or sms to any number even to 121.i have complained many times and many times the complaint according to airtel back office team gets resolved but in reality its the same situation. I changed my sim again but still same problem exist. I AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY OUTGOING CALLS OR SMS..however my incoming sms and calls are working fine.. my mobile no - [[protected]] The customer care just does not know what the problem is and what could be the solution ..they hang up many times with rude replies(which i make a call from my freind's number ) ..i have visited the airtel relationship centre also but there also no one knows the solution to my problem.I want an action to be taken immediately.I am fed up of this horrible service.
