[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel prepaidonline recharge issue Pune | |||
Hi my number is [protected]. On 9/12/2013 I recharged my prepaid account with 109 rps online and money has been deducted from my account but I got message saying transaction has failed due to some technical issues. They didnt return money also. I called customer care which is by dway chargeable now and talked to them for around 20 mins in which they put me on hold for 10 mins untill i had to disconnect the line, They say I will receive the balance in 24 hours. transaction ID:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

hi As discussed you told me that money will be refunded. Instead I want balance of 100rps or same value. Please help me in this as I am not comfortable in sharing my account details here.
