Airtel has been sending me notification on my phone that recharge pack prices are increasing and asking me to recharge before 26th.So i went ahead and recharged with 1499 pack, the pack specifically mentioned that recharge will be activated post current pack's expiry which is why i did the recharge.
Now after i did the recharge the 1499 plan is overlapped and i lost 40 work of my current pack and the day after i recharged, airtel silently removed the line that recharge will start after current pack expiry on 1499 pack and not responding on twitter customer support(which is the only way to contact them, how horrible) to whoever raises the similar complaint.
