I had recharged of rs 147 /- through debit card on 11 march 2017 and the recharge was unsecessful, however, the amount of rs 147/- has been deducted from my account no [protected] vide transaction no[protected] dated 11 mar 2017. The amount has to be refunded within 7 days as per the conversation with customer care on the same day i. E, 11 mar 2017. Still the above said amount is yet to be refunded. Kindly refunded the
Amount at the earliest.
