[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel recharge for unlimited plan 349 rs per month but there was no mention about roaming | |
On 2nd june 2017 i recharged my airtel prepaid with 349rs per 28 days unlimited calls package. But i'm being charged for all my voice calls. I recharged online and there was nothing mentioned about roaming. When airtel offers you unlimited pack i expect they mention all the terms and conditions. On myairtel app there is no way to check the terms and conditions lying below any packs. This is completely fraud. When i checked with customer care, they say that i'm in roaming, so, it is not free. The website doesn't mention about roaming. This is absolute cheating. Was this information helpful? | |
