I did an airtel recharge of rs 1799 on a wrong number by mistake on 13th march 2022 through csb mobile application

the last number of my mobile number got wrong while typing by mistake and the recharge was done on some other number outside kerala. tried to contact airtel customer service but no response. i do not not what is to be done as it is not a small amount, i would like to have a reversal of recharge or refund.
tried to send a text message to airtel customer service using the wrong recharge reversal format but service was unavailable. kindly do the needful.
