I have tried to recharge my SIM card on Oct 16th, 2020 for the amount Rs. 698 through my SBI account. First it appeared like it worked but later I noticed that my SIM was not recharged but the an amount of Rs. 698 was deducted from my bank account.
Then I thought I needed to buy talk time to make it work. I ended buying another Rs 100 + Rs 100 + Rs 500 = Rs 700 on talk time. And yet my Rs. 698 package never appeared. I tried calling customer care several times but it impossible to get anyone to talk to me.
Today I tried to charge Rs 449 package and again the transaction went through by AirTel failed to recharge my card. So totally I spent Rs. 1, 847 in total in the last 10 days and now my balance on the SIM card is around Rs. 150.

I am extremely disappointed with AirTel service now. Please investigate this issue ASAP and I have attached the screenshot of my banking transactions and also the transaction history of AirTel recharge to this email.
