Airtel — airtel recharge unsuccessful but amount debited from bank

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 499 on 2nd july 2018 and received an sms with transaction reference bil*[protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but displayed message airtel recharge not successful. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
