Airtel — Airtel Request to Split of Airtel DTH customer ID

Hi,
I have two digital TV connections at different address under the same customer ID([protected])
When i top up, it is automatically topping up both the connections and it is creating confusion to me.
So i requested customer care to split my connections and assign separate ID for each connection.
After repeated calls of my request, they messaged me new ID:[[protected]].
But they didn't activate it. and newly created customer id showing split account amount 310Rs.

I have called and begged customer care to resolve it several times but no use and they always say same dialogue "It will be done in 24 hours".
I fed up and i don't know what to do ?
Please resolve this issue. If they can't do it they should let me know.
