I have subscribed for airtel secure plan in which my cell phone is covered from the accidental damage and from the viruses now my phone's screen got broken and they are not giving claim after submiting all the documents they are saying its not case of accidental damage its a case of negligence

Same with me as well. They rejected the claim after they got the estimation from the service center. They only approve if the repair cost is few hundreds. Else they tell the same reason and reject the claim. Don't subscribe for Airtel Secure. It is the pure scam.

What they mailed...for my Device Claim – Service Request # 2124058...

We regret to inform that your device claim has been rejected by the insurance company due to Improper handling | No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property..

It's all making money ...nothing else.

Airtel Secure is a complete scam. After sending my device and all the documents, all I get after 10 days is this message "We regret to inform that your device claim has been rejected by the insurance company due to Improper handling | No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property.".

Airtel if you are listening, you need to fix this stuff otherwise face the consequences.

Airtel has rejected my claim today citing "improper handling"
Even same with me. I am not going to leave them. Everyone call customer care and ask the explain about kids add, airtel promise and all
