[Resolved] Airtel — airtel secure claims | |
I have raised a claim on jun for mobile no [protected] and the claim is rejected saying that my mobile is second hand after i have sent declaration. I have asked them to share the terms and conditions where it is mentioned about second hand devices and the revision when it is added if it is thers. Ever since i have been following up them and they keep giving me different reason over call and on written saying that handset is 2 years old and iam using galaxy s7 edge which is not even release 2years. All this delay they are creating is frustrating me and i end continuing the subscription. Was this information helpful? | |
