[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel secure - device claim service request # 2064195 | |||||
My phone accidentally slipped from my hand which was unintentional and my claim was rejected by reason "improper handling | no proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property". I do not understand how this can be a reason to reject my claim. And this was informed to me after 10 days of picking up the device thus wasting my time. I do not accept the claim rejection reason and want airtel to repair my phone as they have promised in all the advertisements to get money from customers like me.
