Airtel — airtel secure failed | |||
Dear authorities, On 2nd september 2018 i got a new postpaid number just because my airtel prepaid number could not be converted to postpaid reason unknown. Also that was not given given proper information about the benefits in the plan. Like airtel secure when i called up customer care executive i was informed if something accidentally happens to my phone i can claim for the same through airtel secure via airtel app. On 7th sept i met with an car accident due which my phone got damaged and a requested for claim in airtel app (Airtel secure) on 8th sept i submitted the request. On 9th i received text stating that the subscription cannot be activated as phone was already damaged. I dont understand how can companies fool customers. What is the point of getting the postpaid number when the services with it cannot be provided to us. My car in service center if anybody want to verify the genuinty of the accident also. I am devasted by the thought i was fooled. I request i want my phone to be repaired via airtel secure service. Was this information helpful? | |||
