Hi, Its been really very sad to come through very bad services from airtel. I have an airtel secure plan since july '17 (Since last 6 months). I always take good care of my phone and never ever have been careless in handling of the phone. It is still working while the lcd is broken due to an accident, as someone pushed me from behind while coming out of the lift. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone from jacket pocket won't cover in the insurance, until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to carelessness. What a rubbish statement ever... May i request you to look into the matter.. I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i dont want to hear their lame excuses. My Airtel no. is [protected]. I am facing problem of network from last 15 days. there is hardly 10% network for calls and 0% for data use. I have tried to call customer care persons, but same option is not coming during 121.
Pl. resolve my problem and i have to port to other service provider.
