[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Secure plan claim | |||
I am airtel secure plan user and yesterday my phone is fallen down accidently and screen damaged. I have tried to call 121 multiple time but call not reachable to customer care. I have called to 198, then they are are they don't have any knowledge about airtel secure. After that i have mailed to airtel secure & [protected]@in. Airtel.com before 24 hour but still waiting for revert. As per plan i have to submit my claim before 48 hr of claim otherwise claim will not consider. Suggest what should i do..
