[Resolved] Airtel — airtel secure plan sim card tray missing while returning the phone | |||
Airtel secure service request # 2163234 Registered contact no: [protected] I have raised a claim against my damaged phone at airtel app and airtel people were collected my phone and returned un repaired due to rejection by insurance company and while returning my phone they forgot to insert sim tray so that i have received with no sim tray. I unable to use my mobile with out sim tray. I have raised complaint through mail on 3rd aug 2017, i have received response saying "we would like to inform you that your concern regarding sim tray missing has been registered with reference number cascp[protected] and the same would be resolved by[protected] at 16:00:00. Further you will receive a call from our customer representative within 24 hours." I did not get any information till now. Responding to mails taking very long and even i get the response also with no resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
