Hi..
There is no network showing on my airtel mobile phone from the last 90 days. I am currently in UAE and using the same phone for the last eleven years and paying the bill amount well in advance. An excess credit of Rs 591 can be seen on my airtel relationship number.
After highlighting the issue to various Airtel social media platform/s and further telephonic discussion with them, there is no proper response and my complain is not addressed till today.
I am also seeking to waive off the monthly postpaid bill charges for the last 90 days from Airtel as the SIM stands faulty for no reason.
I further request the entire Airtel team not to trouble your customer/s for these issues as this is the only registered number for various banking/financial/others needs in India.
It clearly shows the negligence and pathetic service of your entire team in resolving the customer issue. Was this information helpful? |
