Airtel — Airtel sim swap, old got deactivated and new didn't get activate since past 18 hours | |||||
Hi, I got a new nano sim yesterday but it didn't get activated till now, my old sim got deactivated and now I am basically connectionless from past 18 hours. I request you please process it asap, since I am missing a lot many important calls due to this. I went to the Airtel relationship center thrice but they are not able to help me out. Also I have exchanged like 10 emails from [protected]@in.airtel.com, they all say that its in process from past 18 hours. Please help me out in this matter as I trust Airtel a lot and being an Airtel loyal customer, this is the first time I am facing such inconvenience like this, I don't want to switch to another operator.
