Airtel — airtel stealing customer broadband data | |||
I have been using airtel boradband for 4 years, my usage never exceeded 200gb data. All of a sudden the usage spiked to 600gb per month, i closely noticed, 4gb gets consumed in 45min even when there is no usage, i was scared to even turn on my modem, my data rapidly starts decreasing by gbs, i can't watch movies in the 200gb. On complaining to airtel they blaim us back stating our usage is high. I remember i used to watch movies, do my office work, with video calls within 40gb. I never knew airtel was also involved in customer data scams and stealing Was this information helpful? | |||
