Airtel — airtel store at katwa forcing to pay unauthorized charges for services

The airtel store staffs at katwa in west bengal, loacted on the connecting lane of kachari road and circus maidan road forced me to pay rs.130/- for opening airtel payment bank account whreas i got the balance of rs.100/- in my savings account.

Even they are charging for sim upgradation to 4g, which they are not supoosed to take.

When i asked the reason for taking extra money which is nothing but undertable money, they started musbehaving with me.

Updated by Uday Kumar Mallick Merely notifying them will not work, will it ?It eill not change their habit hopefully . You can seen then still dojng the same thing .
They should be given showcause letter rather . Further such touting may hamper their career .

I have seen customers coming to point & going being unhappy murmering that they may leave airtel services if such things go on .

They are getting salary from airtel and doing such fraud scheme . Will you let this happen ?

It will, at the end of the day, will reduce the customer of airtel in that particular zone .

I am telling these beacuse I have been a airtel customer since years and I care for .
