Airtel — Airtel Sucks | Rejecting my porting request | |||
Hi, My name is Sumit Kaila. I have faced many problems from Airtel since last 3 months, I have a CUG number [protected], and on 6th march a 500MB Internet plans was activated on my number, without any information that this will end after 4 months and on 6th June I receive a message that your plan has been ended but there was no initial information that this plan will end on 6th June they just disconnected the plan without any prior information, and they changed the 500MB plan to 200 MB informing nothing to me. I am mailing them from last 3 months to provide a better CUG plan requesting them my needs but they never provided a suitable plan, then 773 Rs. in the month of June and 1000Rs. in the month of July was charged extra to me saying that you have used Internet and this is a valid charge, last month I opted for MNP as I was able to get a suitable plan from other provider but my MNP was rejected without providing me any information from the other service provider I came to know that my service has been rejected so I again raised a request for portability then I receive retention call from Kusum she provided me a suitable plan, I have no idea how they came up with this plan suddenly because in all my prior requests it was said to me that they don't have any plan, but the waiver which was provided to me was of Rs. 250 (After charging 1773 rs extra they give a waiver of rs 250) I said I want to continue to porting Ms Kusum shouts on me saying thank you i hope you will come back after 90 days and she retains my number, and again my porting request is cancelled, today I receive a call from other Service provider that your request has been cancelled again, So I call Airtel customer care and they say me that my number was retained with 250 rs waiver I am shocked here with their reaction. Next I call again to customer care asking the name of the person who retained my request it is said to me by Ms. Tanya that name is not mentioned here in the request when I ask her name then she says that she will check again once and tells me that the number is not retained and it was Kusum who called you, two people talk to me one says your number is retained other one says that number is not retained well what are they self confused or they train their people how to make fool of others.
