Airtel — Airtel Thanks app HelloTune search is broken after Wynk Music shutdown.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the current state of the Airtel Thanks app! Ever since Airtel decided to shut down Wynk Music, the HelloTune activation and management system has become a complete disaster. The in-app search engine is completely broken and totally useless.

When trying to search for standard and popular Bengali songs (such as tracks from the movie 'Angaar'), the database fails to fetch the actual track. Instead, it populates the search results with highly irrelevant, obscure, and low-quality suggestions that have absolutely nothing to do with what the user is looking for.

As a loyal customer, it is highly irritating to see that Airtel has room for useless tracks in their library but completely neglects valid requests for good music. Transitioning to a new ecosystem shouldn't mean destroying user experience. The database needs a massive and immediate overhaul, and the search algorithm must be fixed urgently. Highly pathetic service!
