Airtel — airtel-the worst service provider | |||||
I have raised a complaint in the month of august with airtel customer care and they have informed it will be resolved in 90 days. I have been regularly following up with the team. But there is no follow up from airtel on the issue. We are still facing the issue. Mine is a postpaid number and i am also making the payment regularly but airtel is not ready to compensate. I have an unused data of 164 gb as not able to use internet at my home and the advertisement given by airtel says they are selected as fastest network by okhla.in which i think they have a tie up with okhla to give them this certificate as when i'm in office also people say my number is not reachable where in my airtel prepaid is reachable. As the internet is not working at home, i had to install a local internet facility at home Was this information helpful? | |||||
