Airtel — Airtel validity expired before DUE date

I have recharged with unlimited pack. It's valid till 17 dec. However it expired on 29 nov and says insufficient balance. The same has happened even before. I tried calling customer care multiple times and ivr response is worse. It just gives options but done accept the response. Stop giving advertisements that you don't receive any complaints. The reality is ur ivr is as such it doesn't accept any complaints. Provide a proper customer care number and dont deceive customers by taking out the hard earned recharge amount before due. Give plans as is
