Airtel — airtel - very poor network/internet

Airtel internet connectivity is very poor in my town due to your employee. As long as light stays, airtel network/internet work excellent but when the light was gone so then there all network goes. The person who has been given the responsibility of running the tower, he steals the oil on daily basis and sells it at the local oil shop. He never runs the generator to manage the light connectivity, whenever we asked them why the network is not coming, he says it airtel server issue. Due tocovid 19, my company allow me to do the work from home but due to your poor internet connectivity might be i lost my job and projects. He keeps doing this for 4 months.
