Airtel — airtel wallet / bank -money stuck with bank | |||
Case no — 4215018 I have made a big mistake & i am regretting to register in air tel payments bank. I credited rs. 321 / — (121 + 200) transaction ids -[protected] and [protected], on 26 oct and i wasted 4 hours to pay my bills online from air tel bank. But their site has put me in circles by saying that my money pin is wrong & asking me to go to "forgot my pin" & then go to change my money pin where i am stuck as the site is not going ahead & just a red half circle is going round & round for 4 hours. This is a big nuisance for payment through air tel. So long i was paying through normal credit cards and used to be free in 10 minutes. I want to close my acct with air tel. I want my money back in my bank/ credit card credits asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
