[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel was unable to deliver 40MBPs speed on my broad band | |||
Dear Member, In beginning of Dec-16. I have installed Airtel BroadBand connection with 40MBps connection speed and 120GB Data plan for month with tariff of Rs.1500 per month.After installation two days after i was getting only speed of 25Mbps. As customer i logged multiple complaints to airtel call center. None of complaint till dates are resolved and what more frustrating with airtel their backend team close complaint without asking customer wether problem resolved or not. Till date its been already month now still they have not fixed my connection speed. I am feeling like cheated from airtel.
