Airtel — Airtel Website myaccount does not work

The airtel website does not work properly most of the time. Problems range from no response, error, to several other issues, but it leaves poor user experience and leaves one frustrated. For example, this address https://www.airtel.in/myaccount does not even open, and after several tries, one odd chance it will work, it is all so erratic with almost most options inside the my account as well. Overall terrible experience - wish they improve or shut down totally. I just cannot wait to switch to some better service provider than Airtel. Airtel is such a mediocre company, like the erstwhile MTNL and I hope it end up going down if they continue with such poor customer service.
