[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel - worst customer service, trouble consumers | |||||
I've paid my airtel bill via airtel money app. At the end of transaction mobile app hung up, but the amount is deducted from my bank account. I've shared my transaction details to airtel and they've confirmed this transaction via mail. But still my bill is not paid and they closed all my request. I tried calling customer care, instead giving solution they asked me to mail again with all details. I mailed my statement again and i'm still waiting for a solution. This is one of the service request # 74493065 I've also inquired about this transaction to my bank customer care. If they refunded my amount it should have credited to my account by at least 3 days. But i haven't received it. I've also shared my last five days statement to airtel. Can anyone from airtel please solve this with all the details i've provided..? Was this information helpful? | |||||
