[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel - Wrong deduction of main balance despite of having Internet Pack | |||
Hi Team, For the past few days, many a times my main balance has been charged for internet usage despite the fact that I already have an internet pack activated. I have already raised a similar concern on 27 October 2013 (over a call) and issue is taking place again. Please rectify the issue at the earliest.
